Return Policy

Due to the nature of the work it takes to create a tumbler, I can only accept returns if there is breakage due to shipping. Returns are not accepted for breakage due to drops or inapropriate treatment of tumblers. Tumblers cannot be dropped or the epoxy may break. In addition, do not soak tumblers in water when cleaning or put them in the dishwasher or microwave. 

Tumbler care instructions will be included with each purchase. 

If you need a retouch on your tumbler, please reach out to me. I more often than not will accommodate helping you out to make sure your tumbler lasts as long as possible. I reserve the right to make these decisions on a case by case basis.
